Built on standards-compliant HTML5 and CSS3 code, and refined with JavaScript and jQuery, this design presents a clear spatial interface to the user that transparently adapts to the user's device, and degrades gracefully for legacy browsing. Web Programming

... is application design. HTML is not a page layout language, it's an information organization language. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript together define an application interface. Whether the application is a simple document or a complex desktop-style tool, it's critical for the designer to think in terms of application design rather than visual layout. As with all application design, human interaction is the purpose. Functionality follows the needs of human interaction, and interface design follows functionality.
